Service Description

Come and join us for a fun, functional and relaxed yoga class each week. We start each class by connecting to the breath, followed by a warm up, an active flow (moving through poses) and then some time in Savasana, a relaxation pose at the end. When you practice yoga with me, you won't learn any crazy party tricks like putting your legs behind your head. Instead you will learn how to use yoga to strengthen as well as stretch and hopefully you will feel a little more relaxed at the end of each class.
