Service Description

Are you looking to deepen your practice but don't know how? Would you like some help working toward a particular pose? Perhaps you want to try yoga for the first time and want to understand it a bit more? Private tuition means we can work with specificities of your body, finding pose variations that work for you. You can book a one off session to enhance your practice, or make a regular appointment. Please email me via the Contact tab for more times. All our online sessions are offered live through Zoom. The link and password will be sent out to you in advance. Please check your emails and log on a few minutes before the appointment starts.
