Perfect for people who still want to move through flowing sequences in their yoga class, but with time and space to hold each pose. Great for building strength and stability, we will concentrate a lot on breathwork throughout the class. At the end of class we will, of course, hold Savasana (our resting pose) and allow our bodies to deeply relax. Mondays 6.15-7.15pm (BST) All our online classes are offered live through Zoom. The link and password will be sent out to you in advance of the session. Please check your emails and log on 5 minutes before class starts. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to perform some poses please make sure to email or private message in advance. Looking forward to seeing you there!
