The Blank Page

I decided a couple of months ago I wanted to start a blog, but starting was just so damn hard!

I had a blog when I travelled and loved writing it. Now I have a lot of down time breastfeeding, I thought it would be the right moment to restart something I loved doing, writing, and hopefully, share some insightful things with you guys.

This post is simply to get this first blank page out of the way, to make room for the things I actually want to write about! If you are reading it - a profound thank you for taking time out of your busy life to read my humble little blog. I am not sure why you are here, but I really do appreciate it.

So, enough waffle, what can you expect from my blog?

Well, I am a new mum, so that will certainly feature.

I am a yoga teacher and that too will be a big part of this blog.

I am also a love of the outdoors, adventure and travel and these will also feature in my blog.

So in a nutshell I hope to write about a life of passion, adventure, how to incorporate these into life as a mum, how to use yoga and movement to support our bodies and minds, and what I have learnt, and continue to learn along the way.

Too broad for a blog?

Maybe.

But I am writing not to become a famous blogger, but to simply share my love of life with you.

And if I make one person's day a little brighter, then I have achieved everything I had hoped for.

(If you are this person, please do get in touch - it's nice to know what people find helpful and feels less like writing into a void and more like writing to you, a person!)

If you have made it this far, well done! Now I hope you manage to find something a little more interesting to read! :-)

Happy living,

Laura :-)
